Eligibility Requirements
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Products must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached
• Original packaging and proof of purchase required

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Access your online account
  2. Select the order for return
  3. Print prepaid return label (U.S. only)
  4. Securely package items
  5. Drop at any UPS location

Refund Processing
• Allow 7-10 business days after we receive your return
• Refunds issued to original payment method
• Original shipping fees non-refundable

Exchange Options
• Size exchanges subject to availability
• Processed within 3-5 business days
• Additional shipping charges may apply

Non-Returnable Items
• Final sale items (marked at purchase)
• Swimwear and intimate apparel
• Customized/personalized pieces
• Gift cards

International Returns
• Customer responsible for return shipping
• Must include all customs documentation
• Only merchandise value refunded (no duties/taxes)

Damaged/Defective Items
• Report within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photographic evidence
• Replacement or full refund offered

Special Considerations
• Holiday returns extended to January 31
• Store credit available for gift returns
• Promotional item refunds adjusted accordingly
